Terms & Conditions
By registering for the HappyShe Masterclass you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you register.
1. Educational purpose
The masterclass is an educational coaching and personal-development experience. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or a substitute for professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline in your area.
2. Registration
Registration is free unless expressly stated otherwise. Sessions run every Saturday at 11:00 AM IST and last approximately 60 minutes. Seats for each session are limited; when a session is full, registration for that date closes and you will be offered the next available Saturday.
3. Access
Zoom access details are sent to the email address you register with, and to the approved communication channels you opt into. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check your spam folder.
4. Free resources
Free resources are provided for your personal educational use. They must not be resold, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
5. Results
Individual experiences and results vary. No specific emotional, health, relationship, financial or personal outcome is guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
Masterclass content, frameworks, worksheets, videos, recordings, written materials and branding are the protected intellectual property of Her Rise.
7. WhatsApp community
Members of the HappyShe Circle must communicate respectfully. Spamming, harassment, impersonation, promotion of unrelated products, and misuse of other participants' information are not permitted, and may result in removal.
8. Changes
The organiser may reasonably change the schedule, content, resources or delivery method where necessary. Where a change affects your registered session, we will let you know on your registered channels.
9. No obligation to purchase
The masterclass is free. Deeper coaching support may be introduced at the end of the session. There is no obligation of any kind to purchase anything.
10. Who you are contracting with
The masterclass is organised by Kumud Tanwar, a sole proprietor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, trading as Her Rise. In these terms, “we”, “us”, “the organiser” and “Her Rise” all mean Kumud Tanwar trading as Her Rise.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, or to the masterclass, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
