Her Rise
Privacy Policy
Her Rise respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you register for the HappyShe Masterclass, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Her Rise is operated by Kumud Tanwar, a sole proprietor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Where this policy says “we”, “us” or “Her Rise”, it means Kumud Tanwar trading as Her Rise, who decides how and why your personal data is used.
You can reach us at any time at connect@her-rise.in.

Information about how you are feeling
Registration asks which struggle you most identify with — for example emotional exhaustion, overthinking, or feeling unseen. That tells us something personal about your emotional wellbeing, and we hold it to a higher standard than the rest of your registration:
- It is used only to shape the session, so the masterclass speaks to what participants are actually carrying.
- It is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
- It is never used to target advertising to you, and is never passed to advertising platforms.
- It is seen only by Kumud Tanwar and anyone directly helping to run the masterclass.
- You can ask us to delete it on its own, without deleting the rest of your registration.
The masterclass is educational coaching. It is not medical care, counselling, therapy or psychiatric treatment, and nothing you tell us here forms a clinical record.
Consent and how to stop hearing from us
By registering you agree to receive transactional messages relating to the masterclass, and — where you have opted in — relevant promotional communication from Her Rise. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or writing to us at the address below. We will action the request promptly.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to run the masterclass. These may include services for website hosting, email delivery, webinar delivery, WhatsApp Business messaging, analytics, marketing automation and — where applicable — payment processing. These providers process your data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Data retention
We keep registration data for as long as it is needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or delete it entirely. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
The masterclass is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
